Do I have to schedule an Appointment for Service?
Yes, we require a scheduled appointment for all service work. This is for drop off only, so please schedule your vehicles well in advance should you need them for a specific event, vacation or hunting trip. Please call 410-838-2505 to schedule your service work of any kind. We ask that you powerwash your vehicles body, tires, wheels, tracks and axles to make sure that it is free of mudd and other debris prior dropping it off for service. ** ANY Vehicle that has not been power washed will be charged an additional fee of $50.00 to clean the vehicle before service will begin**
Can I bring my own parts in for service work?
If your vehicle is to be repaired while still under warranty, we are required to install "ONLY" authorized OEM replacement parts to maintain the warranty. Should your vehicle be out of warranty, we can install additional parts and accessories on your vehicle, but will not warrant the specific accessory that was purchased or other systems affected by a faulty part or accessory.
Do you offer Pick Up and Delivery for my vehicle?
Yes, we do offer pick up and delivery for your service work. However, the vehicle must be easily accessible for the driver to load from your driveway, it cannot be in the garage or backyard. (Please call 410-838-2505 to discuss your pick up and delivery requirements and the fees for this service depending on your location.
Can I help or watch my vehicle be serviced ?
No, due to our insurance requirements we cannot have anyone in the service area while servicing vehicles. This allows for a safe environment for our service techs to remain focused on their work and remain on their vehicles without interruption. We also never service a vehicle without a scheduled appointment.
Is my vehicle stored inside or outside if service is needed?
In every facility there is only so much room in the service area to store vehicles. This makes it difficult to keep all vehicles inside, so we recommend that if you do not want your vehicle in the weather, that you bring in a cover to protect it from the elements while it is waiting for service or pickup.
